1. Digital Products – No Shipping Required All products sold at By Banan are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped to your address. Once your payment is confirmed, you will have instant access to your purchased files.
2. How to Receive Your Files After completing your purchase, you will receive your digital files in two ways:
- 📧 Via Email – A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
- 📥 Via Shopify – You can access and download your files directly from your order confirmation page
3. Delivery Time
- All files are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
- If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure the email address entered at checkout is correct
- Contact us at Support@bybanan.com with your order number
4. File Format
- All digital products are delivered in PDF format
- Files are available in English only
- Please ensure your device supports PDF files before purchasing
