1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy All products sold at By Banan are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • We do not accept returns or offer exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy

2. Exceptions We understand that issues may arise. We will consider a resolution in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate order
  • File Not Delivered – If you did not receive your file after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us
  • Corrupted or Damaged File – If the file you received is unreadable or corrupted, we will provide a replacement immediately

3. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons Refunds will not be granted for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before buying
  • Incompatibility with your device (please ensure your device supports PDF files before purchasing)
  • Claiming you did not use the file after it has been accessed
